Product is good mostly, sometimes

Product is good mostly, sometimes the cups come stuck together and can’t be separated. The sleeves come open sometimes so you spill your cups on the floor when trying to remove them from the box. Lead times keep increasing, even though the lead time is 3 weeks, it’s often 4-5 weeks before you get the product.

The end product looks great.

The end product looks great. The ordering process was fairly easy. Unfortunately, my order got lost somewhere in the ether, and my cups never began production, but showed delivered. Support helped quickly after I called to check on the status. Also, I ordered the black tamper seals, but received the red. Will order again, but a bit nervous.

Product was good but experience

Product was good but experience was not. There was an issue with production and my product was delayed. Had I not called to check on it I would not have got it in time. I ended up having to pay more to get cups on time! Not the best experience for a first time buyer.

I recently purchased a set of 4oz cups and lids from YBC, and while the cups themselves are of decent quality, my overall experience has been disappointing due to several issues. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from YBC again and will be exploring other options moving forward. **Product Quality:** The cups are sturdy and functional, which is why I initially chose them. However, the lids are a major problem. They leak most of the liquid soup we pour into the cups, which is incredibly frustrating. Since the cups are specifically used for 2oz portions of liquid soup, the leaking lids make them practically unusable for their intended purpose. This has been a significant inconvenience and has disrupted our workflow. **Purchasing and Delivery Experience:** The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, which I appreciated. However, the delivery experience was a nightmare. Initially, I only received the lids, and when I contacted UPS to inquire about the missing cups, I was told they only received a label with no package attached. This was both confusing and frustrating. When I reached out to YBC’s customer service, the first representative I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. She insisted that the package was being held by UPS and that YBC had no control over the situation. Despite my repeated explanations of what UPS had told me, she refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. She even suggested that I place a new order and pay again if I needed the cups urgently, which was unacceptable since I had already paid for the original order. To make matters worse, she promised to follow up with management but never did. Fortunately, my second call to YBC was a completely different experience. The representative I spoke to was incredibly helpful, empathetic, and proactive. She provided clear instructions on how to resolve the issue and ensured that I received the missing cups. Her assistance turned what could have been a one-star experience into a three-star one. **Final Rating:** I’m giving this purchase a **3 out of 5**. The cups are functional, but the leaking lids and the initial poor customer service experience significantly impacted my satisfaction. The second representative’s helpfulness saved the situation, but YBC needs to improve both the quality of their lids and their customer service training to ensure consistent and positive experiences for their customers. **Moving Forward:** Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from YBC again. The leaking lids are a dealbreaker for my needs, and the delivery and customer service issues have left me with little confidence in their ability to provide a reliable product and experience.
