It improved significantly once a senior person got involved.

Quality is great and they are easy to work with. Just need to work on production time!

My only suggestion would be less wait time to get the product. It takes almost a month to 6 weeks to get the cups once ordered.

I wish your turn around time was about 1/2 of what it is currently. It has a facter on how much, when, and any variations that we might order.

Product is great, love the quality. Pricing on things is a little steep and it's not always easy to get ahold of someone to answer questions. I'm new to your site and not familiar with it all yet.
