Turn around time took way too long. But overall love the cups and print quality.

Good stuff, high quality. Could be a little better communicating status of orders in progress, it's my only gripe.

The finished product was beautiful— but, boy, the wait time is long! It took every day of the six weeks, and I’m glad we paid extra for expedited shipping or it would have taken even longer.

Lengthy production time.
