Yotpo service is very useful for our store but think they should have more indispensable options for free.

pushes to facebook would be more powerful if yotpo somehow made it easy for customers to write review on facebook as themselves.

great system, wish they just gave you the full version with out up charging you for little bitty upgrades...

I have gotten over 100 really great reviews in a comparatively short time for a small web site. Before installing YotPo I was using the built in store review feature and after a year I only had a little over a dozen reviews and most of those I had to type in myself after getting praise emails. People just didn't know about my review system. With YotPo emails and eBay integration to my store, I get a ton of good reviews from eBay sales. Ebay's review system is only useful to spot the bad sellers. With Yotpo people have room to actually leave a review explaining what they like rather than just "great seller". Another helpful feature is I have actually been alerted to customers not receiving their product by their ability to select the option that they have not gotten the product yet in the review reminder email. It gives the buyer the opportunity to notify me when before they would just wait until they were frustrated. Of course that never worked out well. I send a lot of items in envelopes and most of the time the buyer did receive it but just overlooked the letter as junk mail while expecting a package. The reason for 4 stars is I wish there were more features for the free account or there was a lower cost plan for smaller sites that only get a few reviews a month. I cannot justify spending $3 per review just so I can respond to the one bad review I get in a year.

Otherwise wonderful addition, but in the webshop with Chrome browser the whole browser gets stuck/falls down sometimes when scrolling down to view reviews from a product..
