I've been Yotpo for a while now and I receive reviews regularly on my website. i think it really helps with conversion as people (myself included!) often like a product but end up buying it due to the reviews it's received. What makes Yotpo great, is that it's easy to use for me, and easy to use for the customer too! My only gripe is that being a small business, it's not feasible to be able to pay a monthly fee for extras - but the free version does everything I need it to.

Yotpo is a nice system, but some feedbacks, presents in the backoffice are not displayed on the website. The option prices are somehow high for very small shops like mine.

Great ! In the free version we use, we just miss a way for customers to review the whole website, not only the products.

It is ok I would prefer to have tips on how to use it rather than constant requests to upgrade my plan. Or is the free so basic you seriously cannot do anything. Anything more than below basic is very expensive for small business clearly you don't want small business.

Only thing preventing me from 5 star reviewing is the need for customer support to fully access the back end of the site in order to address an issue reported for the module. Wish there had been an easier way - copying files, screen sharing or similar. Thanks again!
