Since installing YOTPO for my business, the app has generated over 400 reviews from my customers in the space of 1.5 years. Getting positive reviews from customers is a huge thrill, and has become the favorite part of checking my email. Additionally, YOTPO serves as a very useful customer service tool, as it offers customers the ability to notify me if their order has not arrived yet. I do get butterflies when I see a YOTPO review come through my mail box! To date we have only had 5 star rated reviews, very proud! Constructively, I wish I had more options available with YOTPO to get all my customers to review us. Sadly when we don't carry a product anymore, we can't even put a image of a logo on the 'image' so it says error 404 when a customer clicks on the review. Equally, the review is valuable, but looks unprofessional with no image. It would be great if we could manipulate product reviews where the product does not exist. I wish there were more effective ways I could encourage my customers to review us...but, that being said, the partnership I have with YOTPO is great and I do rely on YOTPO because of its independent nature. I also wish there was a little icon or badge of some sort (that looked classY)that we could use to promote that we are a YOTPO user for 'indepenent reviews'....that would be clever. The badge would also have a quick link to 'what YOTPO is'...and the customer reviews below.....I wish I could customise how I could arrange the customer reviews that come in. i.e. I sell bridal headpieces and jewellery, it would be great to group those categories together and then have an icon 'Jewellery Reviews'...etc.... If you run an e-commerce store, then YOTPO is probably one of the TOP 5 APPS you MUST have as part of it. First of all, it works great, and then the Support is excellent as well. Really great company, and product!
