Overall, I'm very satisfied with this app. It has so many functions. It provides great support. The only thing I do not like is the fact that the gap between the pro plan and the premium plan in cost is so huge but the difference in features doesn't justify the cost IMO. Despite this con, this app has way too many good pros. If you are a shopify store owner and you don't have yotpo as a review app, you better install it now.
