I had ordered the sweatshirt noting that it was not yet available to ship. A week or so later I contacted customer service, received the expected ship date. . . . then xx-xy exceeded the expectation, shipped it a day early, and the customer service rep proactively emailed me to let me know. Awesome (and highly unusual) customer service!!! Thank you!!
