I never received the diffuser

I never received the diffuser that I ordered. The package was lost by Amazon Logistics and was never delivered to me. I contacted support@xtava multiple times but never heard back. My tracking number was TBA313497914323, in case someone at Xtava reads this review and wants to help me out. :)
