I purchased a pair of shoes for my son that were too small. I checked their return policy prior to ordering and saw that they offer one free return except for final sale items. Nowhere on my shoe listing was it marked final sale. They were on sale for a lower price than the original price, but it was never marked final sale. When I initiated a return, I was told the shoes were unreturnable because they were a final sale item. After further discussion with customer service, they agreed to offer me a store credit if I returned the shoes AT MY EXPENSE. I refuse to spend more money to get a store credit that I have no intention of using. I will not be supporting this their shady business practices any further and caution you to beware as well.

Terrible company. Go to hell

I contacted the service department to stop my order after having been scammed on my ability to return my 1st order that didn’t fit. Never heard back. Now have 2 pair of shoes that do nothing for me, and I’m out the money. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service

The size say 5 youth but are 5 children. So needless to say my kids cant wear them.
