The shoes were in great condition. But we did have problem with shipping times. I was told 3-5 day, but it was late. They shipped on Monday and showed 7 business days later. Not too bad but just wrong expectations set for shipping. Other than that everything was great.

Unfortunately, the delivery took longer than I expected when placing the order.

They were quick with responding back to the emails, but they sent a way to big size and and couldn’t exchange because they didn’t have a size 8. The return process takes too long already been about 2 weeks and hasn’t been completed yet..

Good service, shipping, etc. No problems with the boots thus far either
