Quick shipping, responsive to customer service inquiry even over the weekend. Was disappointed to discover that because I used a coupon my item wasn't eligible for a return. (The mistake was mine in ordering the wrong size, but I was unable to find any fine print about returns with a coupon code until I tired to submit the return request.)

Great shoes, but not a good fit.

Shipping was fast.
