I like the working and ease of use but one of the three I purchased: the back 'cap' around the button has popped off a couple times when casting.

Bad communication the support staff was great but who ever in charge of orders need improvement if a order is flagged you should automatically get a email instead of pending.

Received on time however reel was subpar as stated prior it only lasted two days.
