Why can’t Australia Post do what we ask. I,had to go and pick up my order from Post Office when I,expressly asked for it to be left at the front door. This is what puts me off buying on line when I can go to,a local merchant and not have these hassles.

Got two cases of TWS chardonnay, one "easy drinking selection", and one premium from Margaret river. We have been very happy with all of our prior deliveries and have had some exceptional wines among them. However, these last two were probably the worst wines we have bought on line. Only forgave you as you inadvertently sent a case of excellent shiraz!! Don't think we will try any more of your new partners wines though . Gus.
