Winegrowers is great for mid priced wines. Discount vouchers make it possible to try some of the better wines we may not usually risk paying for. We have never been disappointed with the quality. However, on a couple of occasions, there has been a delay in receiving some wines, even though one carton of the same wine has arrived. This causes some anxiety as to wether the order was not filled properly. A phone call results in an explanation and an assurance and the wine comes eventually. An email explaining beforehand that there may be a delay would be helpful. All staff contact has always been friendly and helpful.
