Most of your wines brands are unknown to me but I've enjoyed the wine I've selected so far. I'd like to see more variety in chardonnay selections and more choice in mixed cases of just chardonnay, semillon, verdelho BUT not any mixed SSB's in the case

I've always enjoyed the wines, the quality, cost and ability to have wine delivered to my home. Recently the on-line system confused me completely. When I was asked to identify codes and passwords I was unable to continue with my order. From memory I was not even to put in my Visa number as it was rejected. After a couple of times I gave up. On another occasion I phoned the lass who took my order. I hope this helps - not all are capable with technology, like me. Hope this helps.

Essentially, I was trying your site out for the first time. Thought I would get a couple of dozen quaffers for a trial run. The interaction with your website was clear and easy to navigate. The delivery was very prompt. The wines hit the mark. The Italian Sangiovese was a little better quality than I was expecting. I guess I would expect to pay another 50% to purchase something similar elsewhere (looking at bargains). The Geoff Merrill Rose was a little drier than I was expecting. It's not quite the drink anytime Rose that I bought it for. But it's also higher quality than I was expecting and I will be quite happy to wheel it out when the occasion suits. So all in all, I'm very happy with my first interaction with Winegrowers Direct, and shall return. Cheers, Sean
