Hello I have no complaint with Winegrowers Direct. I did have a funny experience recently when I purchased a Chardonnay and the back label had the description of a red wine!!!!!!!!! Obviously someone at the winery changed the grape variety on the back label but forgot to change the wine description. Sometimes I buy wine based on the description of the wine but when it arrives the wine bears no resemblance to the description. I do appreciate your 'returns' policy and I did send this wine back. I actually bought the wine for my brother lol I don't drink, he has been buy wine from your company now I think over a few years, he has always told me what an absolutely beautiful wines that you have sent him, and your absolutely amazingly quick delivery service, but one of the last boxes he got a couple of weeks ago he said it wasn't very nice at all, he was about 4 bottles in to the box so he wasn't going to complain because he wasn't sure if it was the difference in the or taste of it, please may I tell you he doesn't complain very often at all we both don't unless we think there is something wrong with it, he absolutely loves buying his wine from your company and I don't think before that he has said to me there is a problem, it is his one and only indolence, he absolutely loves his wine and where I can I get the greatest pleasure treating him with what he loves, thank you ever so very we will most definitely when we can still buy from your company, keep up the wonderful variety and service it is absolutely so very much appreciated more than you know, thank you ever so very much, best wishes take care kind regards Shirl Bagnall,
