I had a little problem with my address and UPS. As soon as I contacted Weller, they fixed the problem and I received my product right away. The tips I purchased for my solder iron seemed to work just fine.

Weller did everything that I have looked for in any company. They listened to me and did exactly what I asked. They were extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about their products and just nice people with common sense. Common sense is not very common these days. I would recommend using this company if at all possible.

Have used a Weller before & knowing they're a quality product am very pleased.
