shipping was very delayed which is understandable, however the communication on it was absolutely horrible. "Thank you for your order we will email you when it ships"...then radio silence for 20 days doesn't cut it. Auto updates are easy to program into any email system and would save a world of issues. Your product is worth the wait, don't let poor communication cause customers to second guess their purchase or worse stop a repeat purchase.

Returning 2 out of the 3 purchased was easy through customer service. The products were not good.

Shipping took longer than other suppliers I use.

Shipping cost almost as much as my order.
