Always top rate quality, exceeding most competitive markets. Shipping gets to be a bit strange however. They’re known to ship small packets of decorative spots, or dots in a 12”x12”x6” box rather than use a insulated packing envelope. Also, watch out for the way they pack a long box for hydes. If you place a dual order for smalls like needles, thread, decorations, etc… they will pack them in the long box as well. Easy to miss the smalls shipment by removing the leather, and discarding the box with the smalls in it.
