I have used this product for years. Not everyday. I get out of the habit, but start again when I know I absolutely have to get up on time. for me it seems that I will wake up 7 hours after taking this. I recently found out I am a heavy snorer, and this is the reason I am not getting a good sleep and why it is been so so so difficult to wake up in the mornging. This product works for me. I'm a 68 female and have been using this product for over 8 years. It maintains my natural color, because all the new hairs that grow are in my natural color. I have very few scattered gray hairs and I can not say for sure if it reverses my few gray hairs but I do believe it prevents new gray hairs from growing.
