The service from Crest's VolvoWholesaleParts.com sales department is in a word: phenomenal. I found the best price for an (expensive for me) OEM Volvo accessory that I wanted for my 2019 S60 in their online store. Crest shipped my order immediately and it arrived days later — in ruins. The ground delivery company absolutely destroyed the careful packaging and so my order was missing key assembly parts. VolvoWholesaleParts.com immediately tried to get me the missing parts. But when they could not source them separately, Crest decided — on their own — to ship me another entire fully-assembled accessory. And they included a prepaid return shipping label so I could return the original order. Any company that shows THAT kind of proactive customer service and THAT level of customer trust absolutely deserves our business. Smooth transaction for a Volvo tow hook cap. Only downside was promised overnight delivery but it was delayed due to part having to be painted correct color. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Importantly part fits and looks like original color. Dealership pricing, but would order from here again.
