I ordered touch-up paint, which was to be sent by USPS. I received a notice that the package had been delivered, but I could not locate it. I contacted Volvo, and Nick Mendoza, the customer service representative, assured me not to worry, and he sent out another package, which this time did arrive. Nick was terrific, and so was Volvo.
