The product is genuine, delivery is fast and well packaged. Getting a response via their email or online support has been variable. On one order, the reply came a few days later and was helpful. On subsequent inquiries for other products, I've heard nothing back. So overall, for the genuine, OEM products that are needed, I would recommend only if you know exactly the part you need and if there is significant enough savings.
