I wanted oem rubber doormats for my 2010 Volvo XC90 and did not get anything that I could use.

Not truthful. We purchased a taillight that you said was in stock. Was provided a confirmation of shipping. Called and asked if it was still coming because the shipping said waiting for package for 3 days when it was estimated to arrive in 3 days. Said they would call me back. Never called me back. I had to call them and they told me it was because of the dealer giving them the run around. We needed this taillight for a customers vehicle. So it really screwed things up for everyone. Asking if I could cancel. He said yes. But I’m pretty sure I still haven’t received the refund.

I spent so much money and they treated me like a nobody ..I bought a very expensive part from them and tried to explain it was unopened but they kept denying me a return on it ..could have got it cheaper on eBay …
