Expensive, slow shipping. Researched the part I needed only to find out that on U. S. models of my XC60, the part is inside the gas tank and basically inaccessible. A passing mention of this on the detail page would have saved me $100. Other (reputable) parts suppliers don't even carry the part I ordered probably for this very reason. It's not outright deceptive, but it sure isn't transparent either. Seems they're more interested in taking money than helping customers make fully informed decisions. Will not purchase from here again.

I’m waiting during weeks to receive the parts and now I’m still waiting. I’m trying many times to receive information about the parts without any kind of reply. I’m still asking for a reply about the status of the order I hope somebody will reply. I will ask for money back.

Did not respond to multiple emails regarding an order problem. Ordered wheel lug bolts. Item page said "includes 10 wheel bolts. " However, I only received one. I sent two emails to inquire with no response. Appears they have updated the item description though. Very disappointing.

I ordered a set of wiper blades for a 2002 Volvo using the same part number I have used before. They changed the part and the blades shipped did not fit. I returned for a refund which I still have not received even after two phone calls to them.
