The response time and problem solving from VG Butchers is excellent - they are very easy to contact via message or phone and very invested in keeping customers happy. My only issue is inconsistency in delivery. VGB only ships from Monday through Wed to avoid cold products sitting over the weekend which is great! However, I get a notice that my order is shipped and never any heads up from the shipper as to when a delivery is imminent - most often it arrives within a day or 2 but one shipment sat somewhere over the Easter weekend and arrived almost a week later but I had no indication when it would arrive other than a very cryptic message from the shipper which led me to believe they'd delivered to the wrong address. This is a shipper issue but I wish there was some consistency and better communication from their shipper.
