Wrong part was sent
Even after they got my VIN#! My search for a window latch for the back passenger window lead me to Valley Parts, but they switched the part from passenger side window to driver side which I didn't notice until the part arrived. What's up with that! So, I emailed the company to start the RMA over a week ago and I have not heard back from them nor do I expect to. Time to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
Worst online experience, because they don't even acknowledge the customers existence after the sale.
