product ID # 10312456, description says sold as 5 count for $4.72. Order arrived, received only 1 count for $4.72. Would not have ordered for that price.

Parts didn't fit.

The part I ordered was not in stock as the website led me to believe. There was even an option to overnight the part. I had to wait for the part to be delivered to Valley before it was shipped to me. I emailed customer service when I figured out it wasn’t shipped within 2 days and they responded quickly.

I was disappointed it didn’t ship out right away since it was in stock, but in the end, everything worked out fine. Items were as described and fit perfect.

Well, the order part was easy, but the rest has sucked. I still haven’t received my part that I ordered on the sixth. It still shows that it’s moving through transit. I’m still waiting on the part for my truck which is already paid for, but I have not yet been able to install it. I should’ve just got it from the dealer because they said they could have it to me in four days, but it was going to be more money.
