Valleyparts came through for me: they were very helpful and got me a full refund through their shipping insurance program. I then re-ordered my part online. My order was confirmed the same day. I was notified that the part was being shipped the next day and I received it 2 days later. On line ordering needs to have a way to select pick up in store instead of automatically shipping the part and adding in the shipping cost.
