Customer service is great. I've had random items shipped to me several times, called US Water, and then had to run them across town to ship back. Had wrong items shipped in an order, talked to US Water and was supposedly going to be sent an RMA. That has been hit or miss. I have a big box of items mistakenly sent, wrong on the order, etc.

Got the “D”suffix filter, but was sent 2 separate orders so one has to go back.

I have had US water system for about 15 year now. They have been great. I test water on a daily bases for my work and the guy on the phone was not as friendly as normal. When I told him I had a problem they treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Hopefully next time I have a problem I get some one else and I have good experience with them again.
