Customer service was excellent. No waiting on hold with a machine; a real person answered the phone who spoke English and was knowledgeable of the products which is amazing and rarely happens anymore. About the product itself, time will tell. That’s all I can say

Shipping was fast issue with leaking filter housing fitting from the factory and customer service could be better after you get your product.

We struggled in the beginning with getting the system delivered but has been great since then.
