Shipping was on time and had no problems.

I am truly amazed with the improvement of my water quality! The Defender 4000 is doing a great job. The install was pretty simple and went without any issues. I had one little leak from a hose fitting that loosened up during shipping.I'm not sure how much the quality has improved as there is not any tests done after the install but the water is crystal clear and tastes great.

Didn’t have to call customer service. Probably took less than 2 weeks between order and delivery. That was expected based on estimated timeframe.
