You are doing fine would just like to receive sediment filters like before.

Very poor shipping quality and excessive charges for poor service.

Other than the air gap drain I'm very happy with the products. I was disappointed with the communication from the company. I had to call after several weeks to get my water test results. The phone connection with company was of poor audio quality. Sounded like a poor voicer over ip phone call. It was challenging to communicate. Order had to be done on the phone. Emails would take days and at one point a week to get a response. I was very frustrated with the ordering and purchasing but I'm happy so far with the equipment. My order had a couple missing fittings and a missing o-ring. I emailed and finally got a response. The company sent me the missing fittings but I never did get the o-ring.

My HOA was interested in exploring water filtration options for our building. I did a quick Google search and came across US Water Systems among others. I particularly enjoyed the company's YouTube page which converted me (cheers to the "Water Doctor"). I filled out the online form and received a prompt response from a field rep. Following the call I ordered a test kit on December 5th. It arrived in the mail a couple days later. So far so good! I dropped off the test kit at USPS on December 11th. It's now January 5th and I just received an email requesting customer feedback. Well... I never heard back from US Water Systems. I'm not sure if the samples were received in the mail. Was the test kit was processed? How do I get the results? More importantly, no follow up consultation to spec out a water filtration system based on our unique water profile. Engagement started strong so I'll give points there but execution was nonexistent. That's my honest review.
