Sold me a rotovap claiming it's from the usa, shows up made from china, way over price! I payed a 1000$ extra for this non usa made crap, when I could of bought a china made one from Amazon for 660$ with the same warranty.. complain and asked for a full refund, they tried to hit me with the restocking fee, told them he'll no yah false advertising and fraud af, so the lady sent me a slip to return it, but hasn't returned my email if it's a full refund, so I haven't sent it back yet..bvv has one for cheaper with 2 year warranty, same china quality

Terrible, ordered sight glasses over 3 weeks ago and they still haven't shown up. Very upset, will never buy anything from you again.

Mugs are great! Free mug is a farce. I was charged $8.80 for the free mug. Then when I pointed out their obvious last of math skills they refunded $1.06. These people are sketchy at best. Do not buy from USA Lab if you care about accuracy. However, if you have money to burn go for it.
