The customer service was great. The product, however, was not what was expected. The stirring shaft we ordered is too long even though it was ordered for the same piece of equipment and should be identical. I would rather the product be too long though rather than too short so now we can cut it to size. We should not have to make modifications but I'm glad it's a modification that can be made.

I recently purchased a solvent tank and was a little disappointed about the burrs left on the bottom stainless ring. Being a machinist by trade. And the price of the tank. I expected the metal to be burr free. I say pay a little more attention to fit and finish. Because when the customer receives the part. It’s an extension of the person who made it.

shipping cost is v high

Item was sent quickly, but isn’t really what I ordered… :(

I am very happy with the product, BUT 2 of the flask I received were crushed and I’d like to have them replaced.
