I received a equipment rack and was missing some screws, and received the wrong style rack hanger, when I reached out to customer service Kat was prompt to respond, allowed me to purchase the bolts from Ace hardware and refunded me for the cost, as well as sent me the correct hangers and let me add another part I needed to the replacement order. I haven’t had better customer service from any other company before. Truely impressed with how helpful Kat was with my issue. Thank you again!
