Very decent earbuds

I just bought them, the shipping is ok because once you buy it doesn't give information about when will be arriving but only that order has been fulfilled

I Never got the headphones to work!

The headphones did not work when I received them. I called customer service to see if they could help. They asked me to turn it on and off and push this button and that but it still did not work. I asked for a refund and how I could return the headphones. Customer service said I needed to try again to get the headphones to work with another technician. The headphones again, did not work. I again asked for the shipping information to send the headphones back. Finally after 3 weeks they emailed me a shipping label to send the headphones back. Now, my refund is nowhere to be found after 5 months, I give up! The headphones looked nice and I looked forward to using them. If you get a pair that work, great! If you get a pair that doesn't, then don't expect the quick, helpful, and accommodating customer service that most tech companies provide.

discounted rate.

I purchased an earpod for $99 and the very next day the same product went on sale. I emailed Urbanista the same day requesting for a credit for the price dropped? Urbanista replied a month later and declined the request due to the "promo had ended". Maybe if Urbanista responded the next day rather than a MONTH later, they may had approved the credit. Horrible Experience
