Great earphones, understaffed support...
First off: I didn't buy these earphones for myself, but rather for a friend of mine. That's also why I cannot judge the sound quality myself.
As my friend has told me, they're great when it comes to battery life and sound quality. The packing was very good and the time the earphones needed to arrive was also as described (up to 4 days).
However, the support is lacking in staff. I tried contacting them since Urbanista had previously sent out the wrong colour, which was black, instead of olive green. I did place the order as olive green, when I was reviewing the order it also said "olive green". Therefore I was satisfied and I didn't even check the confirmation E-Mail, since it would, as of my beliefs, only state the obvious. To my surprise the earphones arrived in black and when I tried contacting Urbanista for two times, I gave up.
There had also been an E-Mail describing that, yes my support request has in fact arrived, but due to high demands it would take up to three days to answer and further progress.
I had waited more than a week before I was sending out a support request per E-Mail yet again, though it went to naught.
Eventually the person, who received those earphones as a birthday present, didn't mind that they were black, though they would have much preferred in olive green.
UPDATE: I, in fact, did get a response via the support chat, but I wasn't notified. RiP I'm so sorry Ralph.
TL;DR:
+ great design, battery life and sound quality
- support can be hard to reach, if even reached, so check your E-Mail and order multiple times ALSO don't forget about the support chat!!!
