Amscope

Received an inoperable scope, AMScope quickly sent me the return label and the replacement.

I had to make a return and they took a week to get it processed and that was only after I reminded them. Other than that it seems like a good company and decent products.

While identical to my Celestron stereo microscope that I replaced, the QA/QC of this microscope is superior. Unlike the Celestron version there are no crude paint-overs of grind marks on the housing nor misalignment of the objectives. This merits an A+ for both price and quality control.

I found what I needed very easily on the website, was able to order it without assistance, and it arrived in perfect condition just a few days later.

Our grandson loves his microscope.
