I had a warranty issue with an item which is no longer available. AmScope promptly replaced the item with equivalent items without any fuss whatsoever. Customer service was great!

I have a wonderful microscope from AmScope and bought another for my Grandchildren. I picked up this little digital scope because it fits in my backpack and I can take it on trips with me.
