The products are great, but
The products are great, but I was very disappointed with the service. The products took over a month to arrive, and when calling CS, the reps could not find my order, with the order number I was provided. Once my order was located, they could not explain why there was a delay, until after the 3rd call I had made. It seems that there was a delay in the warehouse, but CS did not know specifically what that delay was. There is a lack of communication from the warehouse, and also with clients. If products are on back-order, or if there is going to be a delay in shipping, then customers should be made aware right from the start. I didn't appreciate that I had paid for something and had to wait more than a month before I could actually use what I had purchased.
