Tupperware needs to improve shipping

Tupperware needs to improve shipping times and reliability and you definitely need to improve customer service. They are incompetent and have zero desire to help anyone! I am fine with Tupperware!!!

The products are great, but

The products are great, but I was very disappointed with the service. The products took over a month to arrive, and when calling CS, the reps could not find my order, with the order number I was provided. Once my order was located, they could not explain why there was a delay, until after the 3rd call I had made. It seems that there was a delay in the warehouse, but CS did not know specifically what that delay was. There is a lack of communication from the warehouse, and also with clients. If products are on back-order, or if there is going to be a delay in shipping, then customers should be made aware right from the start. I didn't appreciate that I had paid for something and had to wait more than a month before I could actually use what I had purchased.

I shipped product back and

I shipped product back and waiting for refund. Then Tupperware decided to ship me replacement product that I did not order or authorize. Now I have to return this product and they won’t provide me with a waybill to return at their cost.
