Selling defective products is not good

shipping takes forever and i wrote to a representative over a year ago...she gave a very vague answer about shipping products and then never bothered to touch base after that. like i have mentioned in my reviews, the quality has gone WAAAAY down, but it is also reflective in those selling the products too. in the 80s and 90s you could see it with pride and you knew that the products stood out for their quality.
