As I stated in my other review. Shipping is awful. I have to pull out a second mortgage to allow for free shipping and you never have sales. Can’t find your products pretty much anywhere and your larger box is 50% donut which I dislike. I may stop ordering these. While I like them I hate spending that much on bars just because you don’t have good box combos or availability is the stores by me. I can’t find them anywhere but Costco. Seems silly.

Customer service is non-existent!!!!! Will never purchase from them again.......

I have ordered previously without issue. However, this last time, although the exterior shipping box was not damaged the interior box that held, the actual bars was torn open and partially crushed including four of the protein bars. I reached out twice for resolution, but never received a response either time.
