Great tasting bars but the shipping takes way too long. It was 9 days before the bars were even shipped.

Great product wish I could find more in stores

Online customer response time is slow. When I receive product the ice package is never cold. When I asked why they stated they don't need to be cold :| then why put ice packets in there?

Arrived melted.

Disappointed. Auto charged for shipping protection. Due to the warm weather I read the FAQ section. Saw that if I order a set amount, my order would arrive packed in a cool box. It wasn’t. So everything was melted. I could cool off the bars and generally they went back in shape. The one exception was the salty almond bars (which I purchased two boxes of) the salt is a wet mess in the wrapper. If you are going to ship in ordinary boxes - say it - and the free shipping limit should be much lower. Bad first impression. Might look for another option.
