Shipping could use some work. My boxes came completely soaked because the ice packs had melted. Which in turn left me to have to remove all the bars from what was left of their boxes and place them in a container. Not a huge deal but still something to note. I really love the product but I do hope shipping improves.

Love your bars! My one piece of feedback is on shipping communication. I didn’t realize you only ship Mon-We’d until a few days after I purchased and was like “wait where are my donuts” and only then did I actually open the Purchase Confirmation email to find that info. I don’t usually open those types of emails. Would have loved to have a Shipping Confirmation email with an anticipated delivery date (or even tracking??) once the bars actually left your warehouse! Also a note somewhere in the checkout process with the fyi that you only ship a few days per week would have been nice so I had clear expectations on when they would arrive (for UX reference, I checked out with Apple Pay on my mobile phone)
