I am very satisfied with the service I received regarding a suitcase that was defective. I was sent a new suitcase immediately.

Ordered a bag but the wrong item was send out. Contacted support and got the correct replacement within 24 hours - which was good because my previous (~20yr old travelpro) handle finally wore out just days before I made the next trip. Mistakes can happen, the way and speed of resolution is really important! TP did a great job.

Fantastic bag - well laid out / arranged with side pockets etc. and available at a sensible price. I bought the new version to replace my original which last 6 years with almost weekly use except for a year of COVID and is still all good other than the rubber handle now being a bit worn.

I’m really pleased with the Platinum Elite Medium Hardside Spinner. It’s really well made, the size is ideal, it’s a great colour and easy to push. It was delivered really quickly too.

Coming from samsonite, very happy with a better quality.
