After following Travel Pro’s claim instructions, they replaced my carry-on suitcase (still under warranty) with a comparable version. Via email, the customer service agent handled my claim promptly & pleasantly. I like my Travel Pro suitcases & was disappointed when a wheel wore away on one of them. Am very happy to have the replacement case. Huge Thank You!
