I found all of the associates from the front desk to the classroom to be on the same page. None were pre-occupied, they new why they were there and focused on students seemed to be their purpose. My education counselor Lori Sweet was focused on me and easy to talk to. Caroline was genuinely concerned with my concerns and that gave me a sense of relief knowing their objective was making sure I was taken care of. My instructor Eric was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As simple as i thought my questions were and very comfortable asking, he always made me feel like I was asking a good question even if he had to go over something a second time. I'm a John Maxwell Leadership trainer and speaker and one thing I noticed about Eric was that when I asked about something he just went over, he took ownership in thinking of a different way to explain things instead of expecting me to just "get it". I think he had a fair grasp of personality types and what it means to relate to different types of people. All in all, nice people, focused people, respectful people, giving people, serving people and on and on. I feel secure on this new endeavor and not afraid of being left behind, that's a good feeling. SALUTE!

I found myself getting lost sometimes when getting called out of class.I assume that the upcoming classes will cover the material in more detail. I assume market timing, while a basic reading of charts and basic rules, was an overview of possibilities. It got my mind going.

All of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They really want you to be able to succeed. The location in Overland Park is fantastic. I really appreciate all the food that Chris has brought in.
