Matt Briere was great to deal with. He was very responsive and kept me updated on the status of my backordered MREs. Matt went above and beyond to ensure that I received my order in an expeditious manner, even dispatching from 2 separate warehouses to make sure I received my order in enough time as my moving date was quickly approaching.
